Ammonite Inlay Pendant
A bold, ocean inspired piece that combines a blend of earthy elements. The fossilized ammonite shell contains an inlay of smooth Abalone, Campitos Turquoise, or Mother of Pearl in what were once the animals gas chambers. The natural whorl of the shell creates a beautiful and eye catching pattern that is accentuated by the intense hues of the gemstone inlay.
Suspended from a 1mm double rope chain this piece is bezel set in a metal of your choice with a sterling silver back.
Each fossil is unique and varies slightly in size and color. The average size tends to be about 28mm x 22mm.
