RETURNS

Ordering jewelry online can be challenging.  We understand that and if you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.  The jewelry must be returned unworn, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.  Please include your order number with the item. Upon receiving the returned item a full refund will be issued as long as all requests are met minus the shipping charges. We strongly recommend shipping back your returns in a trackable package.
Eligible returns will be refunded within 2-3 days of receiving to the original payment method used minus the shipping costs.

Customized jewelry items that involve stamping personal words/expressions/names (ex. mer bar necklace ) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jewelry items with selected and customized gemstone/s cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES 


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or item a store credit will be issued to you once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to purchase a new item or the correct size or item needed. The store credit will not expire and can be used at your convenience. We are not responsible for any of the shipping costs involved in the exchange process.

Exchanged items are final and cannot be returned.  Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders must be cancelled within 48hrs of purchase date.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Unfortunately it sometimes happens that an item is damaged in transit.  We package our jewelry to try and prevent this but we do take responsibility for the damaged item and will re-ship you a new order. The damaged jewelry must be returned with 2-3 days of receiving and we will work immediately to get your new order made and shipped.


REPAIRS
Our jewelry is handcrafted and as with any product that is worn over time there will be natural wear and tear.  Please feel free to contact us via email with your repair request.  Pricing will be dependent upon the type of repair required.
